There are other books out there that talk about using affirmations and self love to heal the body. There are even other books that talk about resurrecting the soul and healing the body and books talking about what your body is trying to tell you but this book is a little different.

I have those books and they’re wonderful for knowing what is actually going on with your body. Therefore, I don't tell you the WHAT, I tell you as descriptively as I can the HOW. I tell you how to get there by showing you how to get out of your own way. Your body is always constantly healing, healing is right there for you, you just have to get out of the way. This may seem very simple but it's been true for me.

There's one technique that you can do anywhere and anytime and you would be in direct access to your own healing. I believe this technique used in conjunction with anything else you feel called to try will increase its power. It’s the kind of natural inner mechanism you have always had and if not embraced, counteracts all other methods used.
